Order Cancellation:

  • Before Shipment: You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. If the cancellation request is received before shipment, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may proceed with a return request once you receive the product (refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details).

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • Refund Processing: If your order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Payment Gateway Fees: Please note that a small deduction of 2.5% may be applied to cover payment gateway processing fees for canceled orders.

Exceptions to Cancellation:

Non-Cancelable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once an order is placed. These include:

  • Digital products or services that are downloadable.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Products that have been marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Any items that are non-cancelable will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
